About me
I'm Dennis Matthies, an international project manager with over 15 years of experience delivering complex logistics and automation projects across more than 10 countries in Europe and Central Asia.
I take full, hands-on responsibility for every project I run — from initial planning through engineering, construction, and commissioning to final acceptance — coordinating vendors, site teams, and stakeholders directly rather than just overseeing from a distance.
My background combines a degree in industrial engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.) with deep technical fluency in warehouse automation, PLC, and conveyor and sortation technology.
I work confidently in German, English, and Russian, which lets me bridge language and cultural gaps that often slow down cross-border projects.

Having led project delivery across Germany, the Czech Republic, and other European and Central Asian markets, I bring both the technical fluency to challenge vendor proposals and the cross-cultural communication skills (German, English, Russian) to keep international teams working effectively together.
